Employee satisfaction is a relative concept, when the user’s expectations have been met, the employee will be considered subjective satisfaction, but there expect can’t be met, they will be subjective sense of loss, thereby affecting employees’work motivation. In the banking industry, increasing competition and very frequent flow of talent, so many banks are more acutely aware that the key to the modern enterprise competition is the talent competition. And how to measure employee satisfaction and evaluation, and improve the management of employee satisfaction, and now have become a lot of problems banks are most concerned about.In this paper, theories and concepts as well as employee satisfaction measurement tools for research-based, Yinchuan, China CITIC Bank branch staff for the survey, a questionnaire survey methods Yinchuan CITIC Bank branch staff conducted a survey analysis, the purpose is to find the impact of employee satisfaction the root causes. This paper uses a survey questionnaire, data analysis and other methods, Yinchuan, China CITIC Bank branch staff conducted a survey of satisfaction, summed up the impact factor eight aspects, namely the work itself, the work environment, relationships with colleagues, superiors, the company training, remuneration package management system and the future development of space, and for each of the factors of a comprehensive analysis of the remuneration package drawn, there is a big impact on the work itself and the future development of these three factors, and these factors for the problem that arises, put forward practical solutions.
