The Analysis Of Satisfaction Of Precision Poverty Alleviation Policy Based On The Survey Of Nanyuan Town Of Gu County In Shanxi Province

Since the implementation of precision poverty alleviation,the Nanyuan Town of Gu County in Shanxi Province,earnestly study and implement the central and provincial,city and county precision about all the work requirements for poverty alleviation,around the "one-nine-five" poverty alleviation work train of thought,namely "one overall goal,nine out of poverty measures,five security measures",for the power of the entire town,with the wisdom of universal,resolutely fight poverty to be completed,to ensure the poor implementation of poverty on schedule,funding time to pick a hat.This paper established the Nanyuan Town of Gu County in Shanxi Province as a research object,mainly because of the Gu county is the impoverished county of Shanxi Province,the Nanyuan town is the only poor town in Gu county.The poverty situation of Nanyuan town can fully represent the poverty situation of the Gu county.In this paper,by way of questionnaires to the Nanyuan Town of Gu County through precise poverty alleviation work situation,and will be collected from the questionnaire survey data entry of SPSS analysis processing,find the Nanyuan town through poor unsatisfactory precision poverty reduction policy.Then choose the part of the targeted poor conducted in-depth interviews,interviews aims to examine the authenticity and validity of the questionnaire,and find out the cause of the poor are not satisfied with precise policy for poverty alleviation projects,solicit opinions of the poor and the suggestion,for Nanyuan town through better in the future to carry out the accurate provides some references for the poverty alleviation work.The focus of this article is based on the lower end of the questionnaire data,from the poor to defined standards,open and transparent,data information,dynamic adjustment satisfaction research on four poor for accurate identification of job satisfaction;From the poor to the development of industry,infrastructure construction,photo-voltaic power generation,change of relocation,transfer of employment,education,poverty alleviation,social assistance,nine out of social security,financial poverty alleviation projectsatisfaction study poor assistance to accurate job satisfaction;To study the satisfaction of the poor households on the accurate management work from the satisfaction of the poor households to the village task force,the first secretary,and the three projects of the responsible person;In addition,the satisfaction of the poor households in the three dimensions of precision identification,precision help and precision management was studied.This paper uses the literature research method to determine the three dimensions and the evaluation items of each dimension.Questionnaire survey was used to collect the raw data of poverty households' satisfaction with targeted poverty alleviation policy.Statistical analysis method was used to input data collected into SPSS software for analysis and processing.The interview method was used to carry out field visits and in-depth interviews with the poor families.According to the interview in the cause of the poor are not satisfied to the Nanyuan town,the problem of the poverty alleviation work accurately,and aiming at the problem of combing out of the Nanyuan town through actual and poor itself put forward the opinion of the proposal,put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.
