Employee satisfaction usually refers to attitude or belief held by someone who engaged in work and the attitude or belief is about the work itself and the related environment(including work environment, working conditions, work style, work stress, challenge, work relationship s, etc.).Employee satisfaction also is the emotional response to its overall work role.The topic of this paper is the employee satisfaction of Minsheng Bank Jinan Branch,Compiling the que stionnaire which reflect employee satisfaction, according to the result of questionnaire to anal ysis the actual situation of the employee satisfaction,and this provides reasonable basis for est ablishing a more effective employee incentive mechanism, there is a very important practical significance.Based on the basic theory, theoretical analysis, direct interviews and rigorous empirical a nalyse, finally got the five dimensions of bank employee satisfaction: the work itself, pay, pro motion opportunities, colleagues, direct supervisor, etc. And based on the preparation of the d imension structure,design thirty-five questions of questionnaire tool to enrich the universal co nclusion.Research with 160 regular staff surveys in Jinan Branch of China Minsheng Bank obtained 145 valid questionnaires. The data can reflect employee satisfaction of the Jinan Branch of China Minsheng Bank, and we use specialized software SPSS17.0 to make a statistical summary of the questionnaire data with sorting and statistical analysis, focusing on the various dimensions of employee job satisfaction. Through analyzing employee satisfaction at different levels, we can conclude:First, the role of Minsheng Bank in guiding the work equipment, leadership in establishing and implementing regulations, paid vacation, promotion space, career development proposals, leading decentralization, inter-departmental working knowledge of aspects of training, still exists problems; Staff satisfaction is related with sex, age, education and work experience, and conclude that male is lower, employees with low age and highereducated degree and short experience is lower.Secondly, through research, we believe that the root causes of problems found in three areas:the fierce competition in the domestic banking; traditional management thinking comfortable;lack of flexibility mechanisms. Finally, we show proposed solutions to this problem: the strengthening of institutional innovation, the implementation of career management, to provide employee assistance programs, and to broaden the channels of communication.In short, conclusions and recommendations of this paper will help improve the bank managers have a more comprehensive understanding to staff, so as to take effective measures to meet the banking needs of employees. This helps to improve customer satisfaction and enthusiasm in Minsheng Bank, reduce employee turnover, while greatly improving the overall effectiveness of Minsheng Bank.
