Research On The Influence Of Resource Integration Capability On Entrepreneurial Performance Of New Rural Enterprises In Heilongjiang Province

The nineteen major reports of the party focus on the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,the consolidation and improvement of the rural basic management system,the improvement of the agricultural support and protection system,the support and encouragement of farmers' employment and entrepreneurship,and the widening of the channels for increasing income.As an effective way to control the "three rural issues",farmers' entrepreneurship has been highly valued by the party and the state.In 2018,the central "No.1 document" made it clear that the "three rural" issue is the fundamental problem of the national economy and the people's livelihood.Under the current economic and social development situation,farmers' entrepreneurship is regarded as an effective way to solve the "three rural" problems in China.It plays an important role in promoting the new urbanization and agricultural modernization,alleviating the difficulties of farmers' employment,improving the quality of employment and promoting the continuous increase of farmers' income.Therefore,both in the theoretical and policy level,the phenomenon of farmers' entrepreneurship has been paid wide attention and highly valued,and the new enterprise in rural areas has gradually become the main force to promote the development of the market economy.Based on the above macro policy background,this paper takes the national policy as the guidance,and takes the rural start-ups in Heilongjiang as the research object and conforms to the development trend of the times.The new enterprise in rural areas is a weak person in the economic organization.Due to the existence of "new disadvantages",the phenomenon of serious shortage of various resources and low survival rate in the early stage of entrepreneurship is common.In order to maintain survival and development,it is necessary to have a good ability to integrate resources,and the formation of resource integration ability will play a very important role in the promotion of the level of entrepreneurial performance.How to improve the ability of resource integration and promote the improvement of entrepreneurial performance is very important for the survival and growth of new ventures in rural areas.In order to explore the internal relationship between them,and promote the survival and development of new ventures in rural areas,the impact of resource integration capabilities on entrepreneurial performance is studied.First,by summarizing the literature review at home and abroad,this paper defines the conceptof rural start-ups,entrepreneurial resources,resource integration ability and entrepreneurial performance,and divides the ability of resource integration into resource identification ability,resource acquisition ability and resource allocation in combination with entrepreneurial theory,enterprise resource base theory,enterprise ability theory and entrepreneurial performance theory.The four dimensions of ability and resource utilization are divided into survival performance,growth performance and innovation performance,and the logical relationship between resource integration ability and entrepreneurial performance is defined.Secondly,from four aspects of entrepreneurial industry,venture capital,venture location and entrepreneur risk preference,this paper analyzes the current situation of new ventures in rural areas of Heilongjiang Province,and starts with the theoretical model and hypothesis of the research,selects statistical analysis software SPSS19.0 and structural equation model,and makes an empirical analysis on the impact of the resource integration ability of rural new ventures in Heilongjiang Province on the entrepreneurial performance.The results show that resource identification ability of rural new enterprises in Heilongjiang province has a significant positive impact on survival performance and has no significant impact on growth and innovation performance;resource acquisition ability has a significant positive impact on the survival and growth performance of rural start-ups,and has no significant impact on innovation performance;resource allocation ability and resource utilization ability have the survival of rural start-ups.Growth and innovation performance all have a significant positive impact.Finally,based on the results of empirical research,from the perspective of improving the ability of resource integration,we put forward three aspects of improving the survival performance,improving the growth performance and improving the innovation performance,and put forward the countermeasures to promote the entrepreneurial performance of new enterprises in rural areas of Heilongjiang Province,which is of great significance to the survival and growth of the new enterprises in rural areas.
