Research The Relationship Among The Business Network Of Incubated Enterprises, Resource Integration Capability And Entrepreneurial Performance

In the period of new normal development, the key to promote the economic and social overall development, achieve a overall well-off society and realize the Chinese dream is to maintain and enhance the driving force for economic and social development. In the 12th National People’s Congress, Premier Li Keqiang gave his government work report and made it clear that the new engine for the economic development is the innovation and entrepreneurship. In the new period, that how to promote the innovative and entrepreneurial activities well.has become one of the focus os public attention.Incubators, as an important carrier of regional economic innovation and entrepreneurial activity, have a more important strategic position. As tech start-ups, Incubated enterprises is also related to the development process of the interaction of individual and organizational and gradually develop into business network, which has lots of resources for corporate survival and development. Business network is a key channel for incubated enterprises to access resources, which providing a resource support for incubated enterprises’healthy development. On the other hand, Resource integration capability is another key element in forming the competitiveness of enterprises and how to make efficient integration for the resources is very essential for the survival and development of enterprises.Therefore, this paper takes the business network of incubated enterprise as one of the studied points, and analyzes the relationship among the business network, resource integration capability and entrepreneurial performance. In this paper, the incubated companies are the objects, and basing on the related field researchs, this paper explores the impact of incubated enterprise business network on its entrepreneurial performance, tries to explore this process from the point of resource integration capability. Including the introduction, this paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction. This part introduces the background, research contents and research methods and so on. The second part is the summary of related research, mainly about the business network, resource integration capability and entrepreneurial performance. The third part gives the research hypothesis and shows the theoretical model. Basing on the related research and analyis, and considering the features of incubated enterprises, the antecedents is the network size, network strength and network heterogeneity of business network, and the outcome variables is containing the profitable performance, growth performance and innovation performance of entrepreneurial performance; while the resource integration capability is a mediating variables.The fourth part does the empirical analysis of this study. And in the fifth part, it gives an indepth analysis and discussion. The last part of this paper gives the conclusion and outlook for the future research.
