Research On The Relationship Between Guanxi Network And Resource Integration Capability And The Performance Of Born Globals

Faced with the development of science and technology and the impact of global integration,the international market has become more and more important for enterprises and even countries.The continuous development of technologies in the fields of production,transportation,and communications has reduced the cost of product transportation,accelerated the exchange of information,and reduced the difficulty for companies to sell products in different countries.Many countries have opened up their policies and provided support to encourage companies to go abroad,carry out international development and investment,and seize market share in overseas markets.These factors have enabled more and more companies to achieve the goal of internationalization in the early stages of their entrepreneurship.This type of enterprise is known by scholars as an "Born globals".It has been more than two decades since the emergence of natural international companies.Scholars are very interested in this type of company and have conducted a series of studies.Compared with traditional international companies,born-global companies have the characteristics of faster internationalization,more flexible and have strong adaptability and innovation.However,because they are start-ups and they are generally small and medium-sized enterprises,they have some "new-born disadvantages." According to previous scholars' research,the relationship network is an important means to overcome the disadvantage.Through the network of relationships,scarce resources and market information can be obtained to gain support and avoid risks.In order to survive in the international market,born globals also need to develop their own core competencies.This requires strong capabilities to integrate their own resources and build their own unique resource system.Therefore,this paper selects two variables of relationship network and resource integration ability to explore their influence on the performance of born globals.We make a overall exploration and analysis of these three factors.First,this article explores the impact of the two variables of the relationship network and resource integration capabilities on the performance of born globals' performance.Then we analyse the influence of the relationship network on resource integration capabilities.Finally,we explores the mediation and regulation effect of resource integration capabilities on the relationship of networks and born globals' performance.Based on the previous research on relationship networks,resource integration capabilities,and born globals' performance research,we conduct scientific concept definition,dimension division,and hypothesis.Then we use the questionnaire to make a survey and empirical research method to test our hypotheses.The research perspectives and dimensions we have chosen are very novel,and the relationships among them is thoroughly studied.It is a good complement to existed literature.It also provides theoretical guidance and development inspiration for more and more born-global companies.
