China Science And Technology Incubator Development Index And Its Application Research

Since 2016,by the international economic environment change,the domestic various factors such as domestic demand,the influence of China's economy faces downward pressure.In order to improve the domestic demand,leading the "new normal" economy,promote the economic development,China put forward the important strategic "public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation".Small and mid-sized enterprise incubator as a service platform for the service,to promote "the gen" strategy plays a vital role.Incubator development relatively late in China,but remarkable achievements,in1987 the first incubator in China,set up the center of wuhan east lake new technology entrepreneurs,increased sharply to 2014 the number of incubator in China has more than1748,including national incubator of about 600,the national more than 1000.But China's incubator development exist the problem of "quantity and quality of light",incubator hatching ability and the performance is not high,how to improve the performance of the incubator has become the current urgent problem.Therefore,research on performance evaluation of the incubator is very important.Based on the above factors,this paper puts forward the concept of incubator development index and measure.On the index on the development of Chinese science and technology incubator,choose the whole flow of multidimensional system evaluation model,single dimension system evaluation model,which is different from traditional measure not only the overall development level of China's science and technology incubator,at the same time to measure the development level of each type of science and technology incubators.And on this basis,carries on the "multi-dimensional" of deconstruction,systematically on the evaluation objects running mechanism and model for further analysis and discussion.Study found that China's science and technology incubator presents "east west high low","unbalanced" situation of the rapid development of coastal areas,the central and western regions are relatively backward.And through the "multi-dimensional" structure found that the development of science and technology incubators in different provinces model presents different characteristics.
