Research On Strategies Of Indemnificatory Housing Industrialization Design

With the housing problem of low-income city dwellers becoming one of the important livelihood issues in our country,the housing security system becomes an important measure of the country to solve this problem.In r ecent years,the government has unveiled a series of policies and measures to actively promote the construction of indemnificatory housing.These policies and measures have effectively relieved the housing difficulties of medium and low income families and have important strategic significance for the social stability and harmony of our country.However,a lot of disadvantages have appeared when large-scale construction of the indemnificatory housing continues to accelerate.It has become a key problem urgent to be solved that looking for more efficient and reasonable construction methods of indemnificatory housing.With the continuous development of the industrialization process,housing construction has been brought into the industrial production system.This kind of housing industrialization construction way is becoming one of the effective ways to solve the drawbacks of indemnificatory housing construction,and also has brought important opportunities for the development of housing industrialization in our country.In recent years,with the strong push of the government and the positive development of related enterprises,the development momentum of the domestic housing industrialization is rapid.Meanwhile,there are more and more new technologies and new materials and some of them have been able to reach the international leading level.At the same time,perfect theory system of housing industrialization design has not been formed in our country,and there are also some practical problems for the combination between housing industrialization design and indemnificatory housing construction.Based on the significant opportunity of indemnificatory housing industrialization development,the establishment of perfect theory system for indemnificatory housing industrialization design will have practical meanings.It is the original intention of this paper to provide a basic framework for the establishment of this theory system,research specific strategies of indemnificatory housing industrialization design and p ractically guide the indemnificatory housing industrialization design of our country.The content of this paper is divided into three parts totally.The first part is the first chapter which is the introduction.In this part,the author puts forwards the background,purpose,significance,research status at home and abroad,the research content and methods and the research framework of the topic selected for research.The second part is the second chapter.In this part,through drawing on the excellent experience of public housing industrialization development in developed countries,and comparing it with our national conditions,the author discusses the problems and shortcomings of domestic indemnificatory housing industrialization development: As perfect design system is not formed,there is no design basis for the large-scale indemnificatory housing construction;then,the author puts forward the necessity of building indemnificatory housing industrialization design framework;lastly,the author tries to build this design framework from several aspects.The third part consists of chapter 3,chapter 4 and chapter 5.Study of this part is based on the indemnificatory housing industrialization design framework put forward in the second part.The author puts forward corresponding design strategies from the three levels of macroscopic,medium,microscopic views in order to guide the specific process of indemnificatory housing industrialization design.
