In the structure of the modular industrial organization, the surviving companies are those companies which have a strong technological innovation capability, and technological innovation capability is rising with the deepening of market modularity. Undoubtedly, the modularity of industrial organization can speed up the the speed and efficiency of technological innovation. This paper reviews the evolution and the modular theory and the development of strategic emerging industries, and analysis of the technology innovation effects of modular organization. Then, build the measurement system of modular industrial organization and technological innovation to establish a theoretical model, and take a empirical analysis on the technological innovation of modular industrial organization, and give some ideas and suggestions on the development of modular development in Chinese strategic emerging industries.Firstly, we analysis several models of technological innovation on the basis of a literature review, and proposed modular innovation model and its operating mode, and analysis the impact of modular industrial organization on technological innovation In detail, Then analysis index system of modular industrial organization and technological innovation, establish a theoretical model, and build the measurement system of modular industrial organization and technological innovation, proposed hypotheses and study design. Then, take descriptive analysis and reliability analysis by using the SPSS19.0software. Then take factor analysis on industrial organization and technological innovation to measure the structure of measurement. Finally, testing the seven hypotheses we proposed by the correlation coefficient and regression and draw conclusions. Studies have shown that the seven hypotheses we proposed passed significant test all. The modularity of products, the modularity of organization structure, and the modular organization of external relations have a significant positive impact on the modularity of industrial organization all.
