Research On High-tech Enterprise Growth Based On Cooperative Technology Innovation

Face of complicated technology, the uncertainty of technology innovation and the trend of technology integration, the boundary of high-tech enterprises and the external environment is becoming more and more vague. Against this background, obtaining technology innovation during cooperative-technology-innovation that can take advantage of the complementary of resources and skills with other organizations and enterprises, is gaining more and more attention, so researching on whether or not the cooperative technology innovation models can have positive impacts on corporate growth and how to affect is of great significance in the theory and practice.This study is based on the trian of thought "models-competence-growth",and uses the competence exploration and competence exploitation as two intermediary variables. Using theoretical research and empirical analysis methods, we analyze how different models of cooperative technology innovation impact competence exploration and competence exploitation, and how the two kinds of competence influence firm growth, as well as the intermediary effect of the two kinds of competenc is verified between the cooperative technological innovation modes and the business enterprise growth way.In this paper, on the basis of tested research hypothesis and further discussion, the following is our conclusions:First, project cooperation innovation and building the business entity all have a significant positive effect on exploitation ability, building research and development center and building the business entity all have a significant positive impact on exploring ability. Second, competence exploitation has a significant positive influence on incremental-accumulation growth patten, and competence exploration has a positive significant influence on radical-innovation growth patten. The commissioned development pattern has a positive effect on incremental-accumulation growth patten, but the intermediate variable does not take place. Third,competence exploitation plays a partial mediation effect between project cooperation innovation and incremental-accumulation growth patten; competence exploration has partial intermediary effect between building research and development center and building the business entity with radical-innovation growth patten.
