In the face of the economic development of our country new normal and a new round of reform of state-owned enterprises, China's oil industry has been plagued by the restriction of planned economy management system also faces many challenges at the same time, the oil in the enterprise reform, for employees incentive mechanism also has been seeking a suitable management method, and this kind of management method also along with the development of the enterprise and the influence of the international situation is in constant updates. DG company is a major oil field in our country, the international oil company pioneering exploration company, in looking for oil gas field belongs to the leader, although in recent years in talent management strengthening, but also corresponds to the set a number of measures, but in the introduction of talent, retain talent and develop talent has not yet been fully established a set of targeted staff incentive mechanism system. This paper studies the starting point and the key is how to better improve the DG company employees incentive mechanism.This article through to the domestic enterprise employees incentive theories related overview, the incentive mechanism and the concept of human resource management, respectively in thi s paper, by analyzing the incentive mechanism and the role of human resource management i n the company to produce and the application research of the related theory, based on the pro blems existing in the course of DG company existing staff incentive mechanism, targeted at h ome and abroad for reference and learning some good staff incentive mechanism and measure s for the management of human resources. In this paper based on DG company as the researc h subject, first of all employees' incentive system of DG company currently take description a nalysis, DG company in human resources management, there is a serious phenomenon of seni ority, old-fashioned incentive ideas, among company employees entrance education lack of st aff career planning, in terms of employee training education didn't get enough attention, in th e process of compensation distribution unfair not practical problems, lead to DG company em ployees incentive mechanism problem, its most main reason is divided into two cases:the firs t is the influence of external environment, the second is the company's own reasons. On sever al problems of DG company employees incentive mechanism, established the foundation sch eme of improving the DG company employees incentive mechanism, strictly from the pay eq uity, human resource management of controllable, personal ideological unity with the enterpri se, the material incentive and spiritual incentive for company employees considered together, and the enterprise culture into the principles of employees, ultimately put employees on the c ompany of material incentive and spiritual incentive analyzes two important incentives, then t he material incentives for company employees from the time into two aspects of long-term su bstance incentive and short-term incentive, spirit incentive for company employees from the c areer and the enterprise development direction is divided into employee development motivat ion, honor motivation, emotional incentive employees, enterprise culture, incentive environm ent from six aspects, such as motivation, employee participation motivation next to the six as pects separately carries on the deep research and improvement. Finally, according to conform to the DG company employees incentive mechanism perfect practical and powerful actual sit uation, take the perfect DG company employees incentive mechanism is the powerful safegua rd measures, focused on four concrete implementation safeguard measures are put forward:th e management concept of promotion, the improvement of human resource management, and t he quality of employees and the fusion of enterprise culture, improve the staff incentive evalu ation system.
