Research About The Applicability Between The Major Of Service Type Setup In Higher Vocational Colleges And The Development Of Tertiary Industry In Chongqing

With the development of higher vocational education in Chongqing, the problem about the establishment of specialty in higher vocational colleges becomes more and more important. The relationship between the establishment of specialty and industry structure should be very close, because it decides the professionals which are bring up in the schools whether can be accepted by the market. If the establishment of specialty in Chongqing can suit the regional industry structure, it can accelerate the development of industry structure and regional economy, or it will baffle the regional economy, and "Chongqing12ed Five Plan Summary" put the development of tertiary industry in the focus position, so it is necessary to do a research on the relationship between the establishment of specialty of service type and the development of tertiary industry in Chongqing.Now, the establishment of specialty of service type in higher vocational colleges in Chongqing is always separated with the regional industry structure. Every higher vocational college is inclined to establish the specialty which hardware condition is low and the cost is small, and this trend causes the phenomena that much specialty is repeated, which will result in the waste of educational resources in Chongqing, and it isn’t propitious to the graduates looking for jobs, and it isn’t propitious to the market getting different kinds of highly skilled professionals in tertiary industry, and it isn’t propitious to the development of the higher vocational colleges too.This thesis probes into the actuality of the tertiary industry in Chongqing, the development of the leading trade, the trend of industry structure in the future, the actuality of the establishment of specialty of service type in higher vocational colleges of Chongqing in2012by literature research methods and investigation methods. Focus on the relationship between the establishment of specialty of service type and the development of tertiary industry in Chongqing, we get the conclusion that the establishment of specialty of service type in higher vocational colleges of Chongqing can basically adapt the development of tertiary industry, but also exist some problems. After summarizing these problems and the causations, we put forward some advices to promote the applicability between the establishment of specialty of service type and the development of tertiary industry from the standpoints of the government, the vocational colleges and the society.
