With the development of and technolong,21century is of challenges. In fact, it is the challenges for talents. While talents training and the improvement of the any educational reformer reform refers to the course reform ,for course is the center of educational activities and the carrier of the educational objective. The school course is designs by the learner's knowledge structures and the demands for knowledge. Moreover, the standard and quality of a talent is mainly decided by the learner's knowledge and structure. So we can say that the problem on course design is the core of the educational core ,that is to say structural reform is the heart of in the area of school educational reform.Currently, the secretarial major education in higher school of Jiangxi province has encountered many new problem. In order to address this new problems, this paper firstly analyzes the current situation and the new problems. Then tries to establish a kind of modular course structure which combines the theory with skills and practice.
