Nanotechnology is one of strategic high-tech within new round of science andtechnology wave in twenty-first Century, and is also a critical action to achieve thestrategic goal of transforming economic growth model, upgrating the industrialstructure. Therefore, based on the theories of Enterprise Life Cycle、resource-base andHuman capital, this research tries to answer the question How to improve the humanresource practice of high-tech enterprises in different growth stage, Improved methodswill be proposed based on the anlysis of various empirical data.Main research content and research problem network are defined at the beginningof this research, then we clear the theory analysis view、research Methodology andresearch Technology Roadmap. We select/integrate models and indicator system forenterprise growth stage model and human resource practice after defining the coreconcept. In the part of empirical research, we use the methods of Quantitative analysisand Case study. Finally, we summarize the situation of human resource practice, pointout the problems existed, and provide helpful suggestions.On one hand, this study may bring some useful guides to further research on suchobject. On the other hand, we hope this research may help other high-tech enterprises inSuzhou and other regions to improve their human resource practice.
