| Due to the influence of high level flat management and national bidding policy in pharmaceutical market, the gross profit space for pharmaceutical distribution companies will be further reduced. And new laws and regulations put forward higher demands for pharmaceutical distribution companies, which will also increase their cost. Therefore, under the pressures of gross profit and increasing cost, pharmaceutical distribution companies, especially pharmaceutical logistics companies, need to decrease the supply chain general cost, provide more incremental services and increase enterprises competitiveness by integrating the supply chain. GY Company, as a pharmaceutical distribution leading enterprise in south of China, its intelligent pharmaceutical distribution network which covers the hold Guangdong Province, is a typical example.This paper mainly investigated from GY Company’s current operation situation to achieve the purposes of deep analysis of enterprises supply chain integration condition, and the conditions of the resulting stuffs such as logistics acceptance management, warehousing management and transportation layout management etc. And it aims to provide an optimized and adjustable plan by researching the relevant questions caused by supply chain integration. Meanwhile, based on GY Company’s current information system establishing condition, this paper also analyzed current information system issues to research supply chain information platform establishing model.The major researching method for this paper is first analyzing the data form GY Company and K Company serviced by GY Company, and using the exponential smoothing method to establish the corresponding function to forecast the variation of K Company’s demands, and then we can get to know the warehouse demands of GY branch companies. By forecast the demands from each logistics center or distribution center, this paper calculated the optimization supply chain cost, which includes transportation cost and inventory carrying cost minimization. Two kinds of distribution schemes have been provided from this research. One operation model is supplier delivery to logistics center, and then logistics center in charge of the distribution. The other operation model is one part of products directly ship from suppliers. This paper established the mathematical model to analyze these two methods and compare their pros and cons. After complete the mathematical model, this paper also studied the optimized method of information technical method transformation and adjustment and provided some relevant advices.In the end, the paper showed an actual example of multiple warehouse operation model and sales forecasting mode based on GY Company’s distribution optimization scheme to research the pros and cons and things need to be improved in the process of intelligent logistics under supply chain model. |
