In modern society, the creative industry is more and more important in thedevelopment of national economy. As an important part of the creative industry, thecreative team’s survival and development influence the creative industry’s strength of acountry. And the creations of the members in creative team mainly come from its richtacit knowledge, so the tacit knowledge affects the development and competitiveadvantage of the creative team. Making a research on the influencing factors of tacitknowledge transfer in creative team, it could make the individual tacit knowledge tomaximal effectiveness in the creative team, thereby to promote the development of thecreative team and even the development of creative industry.This article based on the characteristics and process of tacit knowledge transfer inthe creative team, selecting the source, recipient, media, tacit knowledge and thetransfer situation five aspects, nine variables as the factors which affecting the tacitknowledge transfer in creative team, and build a theoretical model, propose hypotheses,and then testing the hypothesis by questionnaire survey and analyze the results withSPSS18.0statistical analysis software. The test result shows that in creative team:teamsituation, absorptive capacity of knowledge recipient, media and transfer capacity ofknowledge sources have a significant impact on the tacit knowledge transfer; andtransferred intent of knowledge sources, initiative of knowledge recipient, stability andprofessional of tacit knowledge and knowledge distance have some impact on the effectof tacit knowledge transfer, but these four factors have less significant effect than thefirst four factors. Based on the research conclusion, at the last of this article puttingforward some feasible suggestions to enhance the performance of tacit knowledgetransfer in creative team, in order to promote the creative ability of creative team, andthus enhance the competitiveness of creative industry.
