Edible fungi is a traditional industry in our country. It is a characteristic vegetable of both health care and nutrition. With the improvement of people’s living standard and the understanding of the value of the health, consumption of edible fungi is increasing greatly. Because the edible fungus industry has such characteristics that is not compete for food with people, not compete for fertilizer with land, not affected by season, not compete for resources with other industry, it has developed rapidly in recent years in our country. Its output ranks sixth in the planting industry in our country, following the food, cotton, oil, fruit and vegetable.Agaricus bisporus cultivation project only has30years of history in our country. In the traditional cultivation mode, training materials are made by a fermentation of animal manure and crop straw. With broad prospect of agaricus bisporus market both at home and abroad in recent years, agaricus bisporus has become the main type of edible fungi. However, traditional agaricus bisporus cultivation mode has exposed many problems, in which the first one is difficult to effectively guarantee the quality and security of agaricus bisporus; the second is the low production efficiency and management benefit, the third is that its production is gradually shrinking due to the increment of labor costs in recent years.Agaricus bisporus industrial cultivation project is a high-tech modern agriculture project, in which agaricus bisporus is produced by standardization and industrial cultivation based on biological engineering breeding, artificial simulation of the ecological environment, intelligent control and automation machinery operation. This project can not only avoid the disadvantages of traditional cultivation mode, but also accomplish Tiaoshan Group’s industry development goals, which is ecology, high-end, low carbon, meet the enterprise’s needs of fostering new economic growth point. This project in Tiaoshan Group can realize circular business mode of using crop straw, livestock manure to produce agaricus bisporus, fungus chaff to produce organic fertilizer, organic fertilizer feedback horticulture".This article is a business plan for Tiaoshan Group agaricus bisporus industrial cultivation project. By the methods of document survey and field investigation, the establishment, implementation, operational goals and plans of this agaricus bisporus industrial cultivation project are analyzed. The research on the development strategy, basic situation, the project team and organization structure, product performance and production technology of this project’s main sponsor—Tiaoshan Group are performed. The analysis focus is mainly on the domestic and international market and the industry competitive. Then, the target market of the product and marketing strategy is put forward, and the project financing and capital planning is given out, which discuss the economic feasibility and project risk. Finally, the implementation of the project plan is suggested.
