Study On The Corporate Cultural Reform Of The State Owned Construction Company A Of Gansu Province

Business competition is not only the product and technology competition in the modern market economy, but also is the cultural competition. Particularly excellent corporate culture is an important part of core competitiveness of enterprises. But for the change of the growth of enterprises and the external environment, the original enterprise culture becomes obsolete and backward, which will hinder the development of enterprises. To solve this problem, the enterprise must make some changes to maintain the competitive advantage in the external environment and take the innovation of enterprise culture.The company A in Gansu Province is a large state-owned construction enterprises which has35years history. Like other state-owned enterprise in China, enterprise culture is associated with enterprise development and reform. The building of enterprise culture to a certain role is promoting the development of the enterprise. Now the A company set up a group of companies, also the change the business strategy and meet more intense competition. At this time, we must proceed the reform of A company out of enterprise culture, which will enhance the enterprise management and bring the level of their core competitiveness.In order to change the situation of A state-owned company and enhance the management level, the enterprise culture theory are introduced, and then the questionnaire data obtained as the basis, analyzed the enterprise culture present situation of A state-owned company and the main problems existing in the construction of enterprise culture and the reasons. Finally, feasible optimization paths on corporate culture of A state-owned were designed.We hope that this paper will provide an effective reference model for enterprise culture change of A state-owned company. In addition, this project will play a guiding role to the cultural transformation and the construction of other similar enterprises.
