| Nowadays, the competition among enterprises can be said about the knowledge ofthe competition. Companies continue to improve their R&D capabilities if they want tosurvival and development in the fierce market competition. R&D team playedincreasingly important role as a major force in the market competition. Therefore, howto improve the performance of the R&D team becomes the top priority of theenterprise to win the competition.In this paper, we using statistical analysis software SPSS17.0questionnaire results,the study hypothesis testing to build channels within R&D Knowledge Transfer factorstheoretical model proposed hypotheses, design a questionnaire survey conducted fromthe main factorsã€knowledge itself factorsã€environmental factors〠factors within R&D for the study. Test results show that: in the R&D team, individual ability andbackground, the transfer will, diversion channels, incentives, team atmosphere and itsstability, team background and knowledge transfer performance factors have a positivecorrelation, but the difficulty of knowledge and knowledge transfer performancenegative correlation; seven factors influence the degree of knowledge transferperformance in the order of personal ability and background, team background, thetransfer will, incentives, team atmosphere and its stability, diversion channels,knowledge difficult. Finally, the author puts forward several feasible suggestions inorder to promote research and development to improve the performance of knowledgetransfer within the teams. |
