Research On The Construction Technology Of Database Of Rural Collective Land

The issue of rural collective land right and rural homestead is nowadays one of the most popular social economic problems with most concerns from farmers. The registration and certification of rural collective land right are conducted on the basis of the second original national land survey. Collecting and measuring all the types of ownership boundaries by using advanced mapping method, administrative boundaries, and ownership information, and combining all data and information with the cadastral information systems through advanced GIS technology, it establishes the appropriate digital files and databases to make the registration and certification process improved efficiency. Meanwhile, using database technology, we can also make real-time update of the land registration information online. This can not only make the level of land management greatly improved, but also can establish an important foundation of data for cadastral social service work.Based on real data from rural collective land ownership registration program in Lijiang Yulong County, this paper studies the design and implementation of the two right integrated databases of rural collective land. Besides, it discusses the processing of storage data during building process and the application of built database.The research of this paper has the following main points:It uses Geo-database spatial database technology to design the two right integrated databases of rural collective land, and discusses the metadata database and security issues accordingly.According to analysis of data and business summary, it develops a database building process. Also, it analyzes the problems found during the period of building database, which includes the processing of storage data, input of attribute data, storage of image data, and so on. Through the use of GIS technology, the database storage efficiency can be improved, so that the accuracy of the normative data can be guaranteed.Based on building a comprehensive two right integrated database of rural collective land, it uses hyperlinks methods provided by ArcGIS to edit the vector data, and makes the connect between vector data and outside document more close. What’s more, by using the Add-in plug-in development function of Microsoft Visual Studio2008, it develops a tool for rapid query and calls for the image data through the correspondence between DLG and the DOM, so that it realizes the rapid query and adding for image data in the two right integrated database of rural collective land.
