From the perspective of low-carbon tourism, this dissertation concentrates on the level of management for the carbon emission during the procedures of the management in the tourism spots. With the combination of theories like the management, environment economy, sustainable development and eco-tourism as the theory basis, this dissertation have a discussion about the theoretical support for carbon management and the definition of carbon management for scenic spot. Through the usage of DPSIR model to build an evaluation system towards the level of carbon management in the tourism destination, this dissertation use the Entropy Method and AHP method together to form the weights for the index for the evaluation system. The carbon management evaluation provides a frame of reference and determines the level of carbon management for tourist attractions evaluation criteria. While this dissertation set four typical scenic spots in Jiangsu as actual cases to conduct empirical research, analyzes the level of carbon management of Mausoleum Scenic Area, Lingshan Scenic Area, Tongli scenic and Dafeng elk protected areas, and with the specific reference to the scenic evaluation system index analyzed, this dissertation has an comprehensive evaluation about the four typical scenic spot in Jiangsu and a detailed analysis concludes with some recommendations for enhancing the tourist attractions carbon management level based on the results of the study. This dissertation states the meaning of carbon management in scenic spots refers to the activity in the scenic sport to eliminate carbon emissions with clearly corresponding reduction targets and to develop the corresponding carbon development policies with effective use of clean energy and low-carbon transport operators for the scenic area management process carbon emissions an effective management of behavioral activity. Studies show that:as for carbon management level to the scenic spots, the greater impact indicators are the number of scenic carbon development policies, clean energy using rate, carbon compensation ratio, spatial patterns of vegetation cover and scenic compactness, etc. so the management in the scenic spots need to consider the implementation and management of the work process, the emphasis should be considered indicators of the above factors aspects of carbon management for tourism attractions, to form the corresponding carbon management rules and regulations, to ensure the implementation and enforcement of carbon management, to ensure that environmental and ecological benefits of tourism attractions, the department in the scenic spots need to provide some support for the sustainable development of the tourism.Based on DPSIR model from a Driving force-Pressure-State-Impact-Response study of five levels of carbon management about scenic spots, this dissertation shows a causal link between the logical targets and contributes reasonable carbon management evaluation system of scenic spots. The results in the empirical evaluation of the proposed recommendations to enhance tourist attractions carbon management, to facilitate better enhance the level carbon management of the scenic spots.
