Petroleum Development industry discharges of characteristics with large, complex components, difficult to deal, and conventional sewage treatment agent is difficult to effectively oilfield wastewater treatment. Therefore, the development of an effective agent for oilfield wastewater treatment becomes more urgent.The wastewater of oilfield generally has high salinity, suspended particles and droplets surface carries a charge, so that ordinary flocculant adsorption bridging action is inhibited, preventing cohesion between the particles. In order to re-play the Netherlands and coagulant electric adsorption bridging role in the development of the coagulant and lure nucleating agent, and with the cationic flocculant PDA and constitute complex flocculant PT-1.Complex flocculant PT-1can be adjusted to actual water quality, select PDA under different polymerization conditions, as well as coagulant and lure proportion nucleating agent to form a district one agent, or an agent of a well.This paper chosen solution polymerization synthesis of cationic polyacrylamide flocculant(PDA),by infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy analysis of the product obtained and characterized; to PDA-based agent with coagulant and lure nucleating agent developed a new oil field wastewater reuse with flocculant PT-1, achieved the following understanding:(1) In this paper, diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and acrylamide monomer as a polymerization,(NH4)2S2O8/NaHSO3as redox initiator solution polymerization method usingcationic polyacrylamide PDA.(2) Were investigated by orthogonal experiment initiator,pH,temperature, monomer ratio, reaction time, oxygen, complexing agents,co-solvents for flocculant PDA intrinsic viscosity and dissolution time, get the best reaction conditions:initiator concentration5mg/mL,monomer ratio n(AM)/n(DMDAAC)=4.5, pH=3,the reaction temperature was50℃conditions.the reaction time was2h, nitrogen30min, EDTA·2Na concentration of0.009mg/mL, the urea concentration1.5mg/mL.(3) Development of the oilfield wastewater complex flocculant PT-1. For an optimal ratio of complex oilfield wastewater treatment:the cationic flocculant PDA concentration of0.7%, induced nuclear concentration=0.3g/30mL, coagulant=0.6g. The PT-1and the practical application of the treatment agent YLZ oilfield and commercial sewage treatment agent BXC contrast, draw PT-1and commercial flocculant LN treatment was better,indicating that PT-1has some commercial value.(4) Oilfield wastewater flocculant PT-1complex cationic flocculant PDA main agent for the treatment of domestic sewage alone, to a sewage treatment plant effluent water samples, get the best flocculation conditions PDA:PDA intrinsic viscosity12.5586dL/g, cationic degree15.38%water pH=8, PDA concentration of0.6%, stirring time10s-15s.
