Research On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In Sichuan Revolutionary Old

On the18th national congress of the communist party of China put forward to promote the building of ecological civilization, and strive to build a beautiful China’s strategic task. For the first time the ecological civilization construction incorporated in the overall arrangements for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This is the second time the communist party of China to refer to "ecological civilization" after the17th national congress of the communist party of China and is the Chinese communist party in the relationship between economic development and resources and environment problems of the newest theory achievement. As an important part of the old revolutionary base areas, old revolutionary base areas in Sichuan, in the process of long-term development, focuses on social and economic development and ignores the ecological environment protection and construction. Finally it made the certain disparity in ecological environment protection, ecological construction and ecological civilization and difficult to meet the needs of the broad masses of the people on the ecological environment quality.In the report of the18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, there goes that ecological civilization should be constructed throughout the economic, political, cultural and social developments. Therefore, ecological civilization is an effective choice to solve the problems that impede the harmonious relationship between humans and nature in the revolutionary base areas in Sichuan Province. However, there is a shortage of systematic analysis and study on the issues of those areas, which blocks the road of ecological civilization there.This thesis reveals the current situation of the ecological civilization in the revolutionary base areas in Sichuan Province, along with the problems that exist there, through literature analysis, theoretical analysis, field research, etc. Then, the causes of those problems are analyzed. In the end, suggestions are put forward to the construction of ecological civilization with the relevant Marxist theory and external effect.This thesis consists of four parts below:The first part is introduction, explaining the background, purpose and value of the study on the construction of ecological civilization in the revolutionary base areas in Sichuan Province, summarizing the latest achievements of the study home and abroad, proving the relationship of the study to external effect and the Marxist theory of ecological civilization, and giving the research methods of this thesis.The second part is about the theory of ecological civilization and the construction of the revolutionary base areas in Sichuan Province. The definitions of revolutionary base areas, revolutionary base areas in Sichuan Province and ecological civilization are made. And the relation between the construction of those areas and that of ecological civilization are discussed, going that the former is the basis of the implementation of the latter which guarantees the sustainable development of the former.The third part is an analysis of the current situation of the construction of ecological civilization in the revolutionary base areas in Sichuan Province, along with the problems and the causes. Through literature researches and field visit, the causes of shortage of water resources, water and soil loss and aggravated environmental pollution are analyzed, including the imperfection of the constructional system and management of ecological civilization, the disharmony between ecological civilization and economic development, shortage of personnel and related technology, weak consciousness of environmental protection in the local people, and lack of the participation of social force.The forth part is about suggestions on the ecological civilization in revolutionary base areas in Sichuan Provinces, including establishment and perfection of the constructional system and environmental regulations, emphasis of both economic development and ecological civilization, personnel training, improvement of scientific technology, propaganda and education of ecological civilization.
