Human civilization is always dialectical development in with Natural and Human society, any of the civilization has its historic inevitability. The negative influence of the modern industrial civilization is showing with the constant expansion of the global ecological crisis. A new civilization to ecological civilization is appearing. That is the one civilization to achieve the coordinated development of both human's society and nature.Sichuan province is facing two tasks--development competition and restraint the deterioration of ecological environment. Construction of ecological province is the way to achieve the grand goal of socialist modernization.In the Ecological civilization field, the study of both theory and practice of the organic combination is very meaningful to construction of Sichuan ecological province.
