Safety accident emergency response team is an organization for supporting on the state and enterprise economic development and people’s life and property safety; at the same time, it is one of important component for constructing the socialism harmonious society and the realization of great China dream.SH photovoltaic (Dalian) Company is a photovoltaic products manufacturing company, a certain amount of dangerous hazardous chemicals and energy will be used for daily production process and operation, at the same time, it also will produce some chemical wastes and other dangerous side products, including strong acid, alkali, oxidant, solvent, gas, sewage, high voltage electricity. Company has the characteristics of easy occurrence of fire, explosion, a large area of sewage and dangerous chemicals leakage, gas leakage, accident of whole or partial electric power loss. In order to prevent this kind safety accidents happen, minimize the accident directly or indirectly loss for employee or others personnel injury, reduce accident harm to the surrounding environment, and protect the property of company or the staff, maintenance the stability for company and whole society, I have conduct a series of studies for the SH photovoltaic (Dalian) company safety accident emergency response system.Firstly, conduct an internal and external analysis for overall safety accidents emergency response system, basing on the company’s emergency response system present situation, find out the current emergency response system advantages, existing problems and challenges. According to the analysis results, design management strategies and general action plan. According to The Guide Rule of Production Business Units Safety Accident Emergency Response Plan, make general emergency response plan and specific safety accident emergency response plans.
