Natural Gas Company The Ninth Group Of Oil And Gas Processing Cryogenic Station Safety Evaluation Analysis

Safety evaluation is an important link of modern safety management, which is applying principle and methods of modern security system engineering and safety control principle, to search, analysis and predict the dangerous and harmful factors presented in the engineering and system, the dangerous consequences and the degree that may lead to, and put forward reasonable feasible measures, guide the monitoring of dangerous source and accident prevention, in order to achieve the lowest accident rate, reduce loss and increase safety investment benefits.This thesis analyzed and studied the geographic information, device process, key equipment and daily operation procedures of Natural gas company the ninth group of oil and gas processing cryogenic device, and divided the production device into eleven production units to analysis one by one, according to different production process, key equipment and operation medium used different safety analysis methods, analyzed and evaluated the risk harmful factors and dangerous situations that may exist during the production process.This paper uses the preliminary hazard analysis evaluation method, the danger evaluation method, Dow Chemical Fire, explosion index evaluation method and fault tree analysis evaluation method, to analysis and evaluate the safety of important production unit of the cryogenic device, and get the intuitive conclusions qualitatively and quantitatively, and finally put forward safety technical measures and safety management measures.
