Research On The Safety Evaluation Of Daqing 1 Natural Gas Filling Station

Compressed natural gas(CNG in short) is recognized as a new vehicle fuel of high energy saving, low pollution, economical and safe in the world, which has drawn attention of every country in the world. From beginning of 21 st century till today, there is rapid increase in quantity of natural has vehicles and growth speed of natural gas stations in China, in 2005, we had totally 38 million vehicles which keep a continuous annual growth rate of nearly 9%, it is expected that in 2020, the quantity will reach 110 million. So safety evaluation of natural gas station plays negligible effect in decreasing accident probability, decreasing occupational hazards, ensuring safety management, decreasing safety management cost, improving safety management efficiency, accumulating reliable data, providing evidence to standard setting, improving technology management and business level etc.This paper fully understands the development history of CNG station based on literature and grasps the system composition and characteristics of CNG station and makes differentiation for dangerous factors based on operation status of Daqing No.1 CNG station. Make analysis of fire risks and reasons of Daqing No.1 CNG station by focusing on the high risk site character of Daqing No. 1 CNG station, on the basis of this; make evaluation for current safety status of Daqing No.1 CNG station with adoption of chosen overall safety evaluation method of CNG station. Finally find out main safety risks of Daqing No.1 CNG station based on safety evaluation and propose main improvement measures, which provides scientific basis for safety management and operation of Daqing No. 1 CNG station and also provides reliable basis for Daqing No. 1 CNG station. This paper makes initial exploration for safety evaluation of Daqing No. 1 CNG station, which has certain guiding significance to safety management and operation of CNG station.
