Pump of unit is very important crude oil transmission equipment, which is characterized by particularly high energy and the prices are very expensive.pump of unit can related to the safe and stable operation of the entire oil production and processing industry can secure stable operation directly, but also affect the economic benefits of the oil companies directly. Pump unit of the project in the long run will inevitably fail, some of the more common faults, such as the output shaft bearing failures and faults pump unit, and not the fault of the rotor imbalance caused. As the degree of automation is increasing petrochemical industry and various industrial chain are increasingly linked, in the event of equipment failure during the ejection process, would seriously threaten the normal operation of the oil processing related industrial chain, thus giving unpredictable losses. Oil transport companies have long been a way to carry out regular maintenance care and maintenance of the pump unit. But using this method regular maintenance many drawbacks, in the course of regular maintenance on the pump’s shutdown is inevitable, and pump shutdown will cause significant economic losses. Moreover, regular maintenance is difficult to timely discover potential pump unit failure, it also carries a certain blindness regular maintenance. Therefore, in the normal course of pump running, on the use of modern technology to monitor and detect oil pump unit for troubleshooting, thus timely and effective features to detect potential faults pump unit operation, to avoid pump unit incidents caused heavy losses The work for the oil storage industry will have a very important significance.This paper designed a secure, stable, low-cost pump unit real-time online monitoring and fault diagnosis system. Digital processing system and online data analysis through the use of lower machine vibration by a piezoelectric acceleration sensor systems, signal conditioning circuits, and microcontrollers STM32F4 series consisting of real-time collection pump unit and timely collection and analysis of data transmission via Ethernet display and storage developed by Labview friendly interface.The main focus of this paper is to study and design of fault diagnosis system pump lower machine vibration data collection terminal hardware circuit systems, data acquisition and processing program part of the design and development of human-computer using Labview friendly PC monitoring software. By using self-designed pump vibration sampling and data analysis circuitry greatly reduces the development cost of the system, and improve the maintainability of the system. By using Labview development PC monitoring software to improve the PC monitoring software development efficiency and reduce the difficulty of development and use and maintenance costs, facilitate fault data query and analysis.By. using this set of systems, it can achieve the real-time status pump unit monitoring and scientific fault analysis, reduces the pump unit maintenance greatly and repair costs and ensure long-term stability of the pump unit and safe operation.
