Rolling bearings are precision important basic parts of machinery industry, the work performance of the machine and its key componentswill be directly affected by its performance.The rolling bearing raceway or channel is the main work and bearing surface, premature fatigue failure of rolling bearing often caused by "stress concentration" phenomenon lead to the fatigue spalling appear across the raceway, sothe performance and service life of thebearing is significantlyinfluenced by the geometry and accuracy of the raceway, and the grinding process is often the terminal machining of the rolling bearing raceway. At present mainly grindingthe raceway or channel of rolling bearing by using formed grinding wheel, the working accuracy and efficiency of the corresponding processing equipment will directly affect the shape and precision of the raceways or channel. In order to meet the requirements of high precision workpiece machining.The3MKG2116CNC high precision bearing inner raceway grinder is studied by this paper, a two axis servo dresser which can be used for the grinding machine is developed.The grinder is a special equipment for machining theinner ringraceway groove of ball bearingsand inner ring raceway of roller bearings, through research on the design method of roller bearing ring raceway convexity and forming grinding technology, and comparative analysis of common shaped wheel dressing technology, provides the basis for the design of grinderand dresser.This paper introduced and analyzed the mechanical parts of3MKG2116CNC high precision bearing inner raceway grinder, the characteristics, the transmission system and the important part were respectively described, and determined the overall layout and the working principle of grinding machine.Analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the actual grinding wheel dressing technology and corresponding convexity dresser at present, according to user requirements and the actual conditions, a high precision dresser withtwo axis servo was designed for the grinding machine, the dresser can be used for multi standard ball bearing inner raceway grinderand roller bearing raceway grinder.Based on kinematics model of grinding machine, and analyzed the mainmechanisms movement of grinder, eliminated the unreasonable structure design and factor, and make us more intuitive understanding of the machining process of the grinding machine, through the analysis of displacement, the moving parts of the velocity and the acceleration data, help us reasonable selection of grinding parameters and subsequent analysis.It is of great significance for the grinding precision and efficiency.
