AML300 vertical plate mill is adopted in the experiment,with eucalyptus wood、cypress wood as raw materials, method of APMP pulping experiment was carried out, mainly to study the pulp in different pulping technology conditions(including plasma concentration and the plate grinding clearance) affect the quality of the pulp. The results show that:(1) under the condition of 15% of concentration pulping, most of the points have taken place in the silk fiber broom, as the disc grinding clearance and decreases, gear grinding in continuously strengthen the function of fiber, the crushing of the fiber, cutting, making tiny fiber content increased, the increase of tiny components to improve the strength of the paper play an important role.(2) under the condition of the electron microscope, to observe the morphology of fiber, fiber by wire brush, crushing, shearing of mechanical action, makes the fiber cell wall thinning and softness increases, its whole structure and shape deformation happens, appear different degree of crimp and snarling.(3) with the decrease of the disc mill gap, pulping degree increasing, the eucalyptus wood as raw materials, tensile strength increased by 40.1%; Burst degrees increased by 17.2%; Whiteness reduced 8.3%; Cypress wood as raw material, the tensile strength increased by 32.2%; Burst degrees increased by 21.1%; Whiteness reduced 7.8%; Tear strength decreases after increasing first, folding is first increases then decreases. Pulping clearance of 0.3 mm tear strength and the burst degrees are the highest.(4) compared to the high concentration pulping and low concentration pulping, well keep the length of the fiber, fiber surface raising, the increase of fiber bundles, silk fiber points with the strengthened and a series of fine fibrosis process, corresponding the cohesive strength between fiber reinforced, obviously improves the physical properties of the paper.(5) AML300 vertical plate mill ground pulp density adaptation range is wide, the experimental results show that the concentration in 15 ~ 20%, the effect of pulping is best, more than 20%, the effect of pulping start has dropped slightly, this experiment, with the increase of concentration of pulping, various physical strength has improved, eucalyptus wood and cypress respectively have different effect, high consistency pulping of eucalyptus wood(20%) than low concentration(5%) pulping in tensile index, tear index and burst index, increased by 75.1%, 33.3% and 40.1% respectively. high consistency pulping of cypress wood(20%) than low concentration(5%) pulping in tensile index, tear index and burst index, increased by 71.8%, 27.4% and 40.1% respectively.
