In recent years,as one of the chemical sand control,the coated sand control technology has been widely applied and got a good measure performance in Liao He Oil Field. but in the process of application,the technology has not an satisfactory effect in the low temperature well of shallow oil reservoirs (reservoir temperature is lower than 50 degrees),by summarizing the field applications and analyzing indoor experiment,it is the main reason of unsatisfied effect that the intensity of artificial borehole wall caused by coated sand adopted in fracturing sand control ,is too lower to meet requirements in construction,what cured in low temperature shallow oil layers(below 50 degrees centigrade).In order to improve this situation,we launched the research and application on the coated sand control technology of low-temperature curing.The article analyze the reasons for the sand production of oil and gas wells and its influencing factors,describe the situation today at home and abroad of sand control technology and the latest progress in sand control field, also focus on presenting the development trend of sand control technology recently. The basic formula of the two low-temperature coated sand system,DGFS-1 and DGFS-2's have been found by the method of screening,optimization,testing and evaluation.One of the systems is the DGFS-1,coated sand of low temperature curing prepared by phenol-epoxy resin, the compressive strength of the curing agent can achieve 6.0Mpa at 45 degrees centigrade;Another system is the DGFS-2,coated sand of low temperature curing modified by phenol-epoxy resin.By optimizing modified epoxy resin (RA,RB) as a binder,selecting modified epoxy resin(RA and RB) to enhanced curing intensity and the water-soluble curing agent (SGHJ-2)as an enhancer,which contains the chemical composition such as accelerator to short the curing time of epoxy resin modified.The coated sand of low temperature curing modified by phenol-epoxy resin,DGFS-2 can solidify in 72 hours at 45 degrees centigrade,the compressive strength of the curing agent achieve more than 6.0Mpa,the permeability of the curing agent is about 1μm2,have additionally better anti-aging properties and resistance to temperature.The article carried out designs of filling sand volume and sand pack based on experimental research,to determine the conditions and ranges in which the coated sand of low temperature cure and determine the well selection principle,lay down the construction procedures of coated sand control of low temperature curing and related requirements. After stepping into site operation,this technology had been applied 14 wells,achieved a good effect,which had a good guidance to solve the problems of sand production from low temperature wells of shallow reservoir.
