Gudao oilfield is a typical unconsolidated sandstone reservoir,shallow buried depth,heavy oil reserves in the production process of sand production is serious,heavy oil reserves must be to improve the reservoir sand as the premise.At present,wells mainly adopts compound sand control technology of chemical sand control and mechanical sand combination,basically meet the production steam stimulation wells requirements.But with the development of the thermal recovery,increase the difficulty of development,sand control technology becomes very complex,high cost,long cycle and well,sand blockage,liquid production decreased rapidly,difficult to deal with the sand proof pipe column,repair rate is high.These problems seriously restrict the comprehensive benefits of thermal recovery.The chemical stability in high temperature experiment,from 4 kinds of high strength non mechanical properties of selected metal ceramic materials,heat resistance and good permeability of the ceramic as filter material,through compression,bending performance test,selection of high strength alumina melt as solidifying agent,and then the surface treatment of negative ions,through indoor control sand simulation experiment to determine the amount and type of optimal negative ion powder,combined with the best ratio of compressive strength and permeability of filter media was formed,finally obtained a high temperature,high strength,high permeability,anti clogging of the heavy oil thermal recovery and sand prevention with sand filter material.According to the materials of the indoor sand filter experiment,the determination of pore throat distribution by mercury injection curve,then according to the actual situation of sand formation in Gudao oilfield,and the compatibility of 45 mesh particle diameter.The supporting material sand filter material through high temperature performance test,acid resistance,alkali test,has good resistance to high temperature performance,excellent mechanical properties,sand retaining ability,no blockage etc.through the wettability and phase permeability experiment,determine its wettability is neutral,suitable for steam applications in unconsolidated sandstone reservoir.Through the research on the structural strength of the sand filtering pipe,determine the use of embedded type structure of sand filter pipe.At present,the sand filter tube has been applied to the field,the average single well daily fluid 18.1m~3,single well daily oil 1.1t,dynamic liquid level increased by 148.3 M.
