Study On Evaluation Of Safety Environment In Coal Mine Enterprises

The increasing number of safety accidents in coal mine not only makes social costs increase, but also affects the development of social economy and brings irreparable harm to individual. In order to make the enterprise investors, managers and employees and other stakeholders to ensure their own safety, it needs to establish a index system of coal mine enterprise safety atmosphere to reflect the enterprise employees safety consciousness level and to set up a reasonable and effective security policy of coal mining enterprises. Objective evaluation of coal enterprises safety atmosphere effectively which has very important reference value and theoretical significance can prevent frequent malignant mining of coal mining enterprises, ensure their safety of the enterprises investors, managers and employees and other stakeholders, improve the industry safety atmosphere and reduce the accident rate.Through the literature search found that, although the domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on safe atmosphere, but the past research on safety climate is mostly acquired data to the form of the questionnaire based on safety climate index system established, this evaluation of safety climate is based on the enterprise. The atmosphere of safety coal mining enterprises of the status of the affected all aspects of the factors, objective factors, subjective factors and objective factors and sources of data are not unified, the need for dimensionless processing, and then to evaluate safety atmosphere. In order to response objectively the state of enterprises safety climate, this paper analyzes the influence of safety climate factors from the dimension and the coal mine enterprise organization chart, through the analysis of construction safety climate index system in coal mining enterprises, and studies the method, wich can handle effectively data sources, not unified predicament, make up for lack of only through the questionnaire obtained data the atmosphere of safety evaluation index, objectively reflect the atmosphere of safety in the coal mine enterprises, make the atmosphere of safety evaluation more practical significance.Firstly, this paper summaries and defines the definition and dimensions of the coal enterprises safety atmosphere according to the domestic and foreign scholars study of various industries safety atmosphere; Then it studies factors affecting coal mine enterprise safety atmosphere, the coal mine enterprises based on the definition of safety atmosphere will be divided into three layers: the organizations, individuals, the environment, according to the organization chart of coal enterprises will be the three levels continue to subdivide, then according to the coal mine enterprise safety atmosphere dimensions, combined with the subdivision level, study on the effect of what dimension each refinement level, analysis of the influencing factors of each dimension, established a comprehensive evaluation index system of coal mine safety atmosphere that index, data source, the original data are dimensionless, AHP method and the weighted geometric mean method determine the index weight, constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of coal mine safety atmosphere of safety climate model based on the case study; Finally the safety climate for the three coal mine in a mining group subordinate.
