With the rapid development of South-West economic, more and more chemical enterprises decide to establish in Sichuan. In order to carry out the centralized management of the chemical enterprise, Sichuan government have established a chemical industry park. But At the beginning of management of major hazard, there is no formed scheme to identify and evaluate the major hazard. There is also lack of major hazard database and accident simulation technology is relatively backward. So, considering the management of chemical industry as the starting point, the government decided to establish the real-time monistoring system for majar hazard. The thesis adopts SQL Server2008 as the tool of establishment of database and uses the popular C# as programing language. The thesis describes the development of major hazard monitoring system, and describes the important module using gragh. The system adopts MVC design mode and B/S development structure design to develop. In the BLL class library, the system uses the encapsulated data to complete the logic operation and display the result to the HTML page using MVC.This thesis describes the system’s demand analysis from many aspects. Then, according to the demand analysis, the system establishes a real-time monitoring system software architecture, function module and database of major hazard source and describes the realizasion of each module in detail. At last, the system establishes six modules. When the system is completed and passed the test, it has been applied to some chemical enterprise and been proved to be feasible. The system is very practical and operationg easily that it can be satisfied by each chemical enterprise.
