A calibration algorithm is designed to estimate roller temperature, the roller temperature control the rotate speed control and the altitude of roller control are realized in the paper. Experiment results show that the accuracy of the roller temperature control can be within 2 ° c, the accuracy of the rotate speed of roller control is 3rpm in the range of 0-55 rpm,the altitude of roller is adjustable manually or automatically in the range of 0-100 mm.4. Tea water-removing machine is tested alone and by contrast, Tests reveals the control system designed in the paper can meet the requirements of tea-making process,and its performances are superior to mainstream product in the current domestic market.
