Low tar and harm of Changbai mountain cigarette was the current trend of the cigarette development. In order to control and use tobacco raw materials better, the demand of Changbai mountain cigarette brand, the division of tobacco raw material module, the construction of tobacco raw material index system, and the forecasting of the sensory quality were studied with 8mg soft red cigarette and stock tobacco raw materials from 2010-2012 of Yenji cigarette factory by the methods of the descriptive and statistical analysis, the variance analysis, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the BP neural network. The main conclusions were as follows:1 The demand research of Changbai mountain cigarette brandThe tobacco raw materials of Changbai mountain cigarette brand were from Henan, Fujian, Yunnan and Guizhou mainly, 8mg soft red finished cigarette was mellow, delicate and elegant, and had different chemical index scopes in which the content scopes of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium and chloride were 19.00%-21.00%, 17.00%-19.00%, 2.30%-2.80%, 2.00%-2.20%, 2.40%-2.60% and 0.65%-0.85% respectively, and the ratio of sugar to alkali, the ratio of nitrogen to alkali, and the ratio of potassium to chloride were 7.00-9.00, 0.75-0.95 and 3.00-4.00 respectively.2 The division of tobacco raw material groups based on similarity between raw materials and finished cigarettes and the construction of tobacco raw material index systemsTobacco leaf materials whose similarity to finished cigarette was above 0.75, 0.60-0.75 and below 0.6 were divided into leading tobacco module, body type tobacco module and filling type tobacco module respectively.Leading tobacco module was composed of tobacco leaves of Henan, Fujian, and Hunan, in which the content scopes of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium and chloride were 19.00%-21.00%, 17.00%-19.00%, 2.40%-2.80%,2.00%-2.30%,1.50%-2.50%, and 0.40%-0.80% respectively, and the ratio of sugar to alkali, the ratio of nitrogen to alkali, and the ratio of potassium to chloride were 7.00-9.00, 0.75-0.95 and 3.00-6.00 respectively, and the sensory quality performance of leading tobacco module was that the aroma was rich and full, the taste was mellow, the strength was slightly big and the mixed gas and thrill were small.Body type tobacco module was composed of tobacco leaves of Henan, Fujian, and Guizhou, in which the content scopes of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium and chloride were 21.00%-23.00%, 19.00%-21.00%, 2.60%-3.00%, 2.10%-2.40%, 1.30%-2.30% and 0.40%-0.80% respectively, and the ratio of sugar to alkali, the ratio of nitrogen to alkali, and the ratio of potassium to chloride were 8.00-10.00, 0.70-0.90 and 3.00-6.00 respectively, and the sensory quality performance of leading tobacco module was that intermediate perfume and fragrance were the main body of odor type, the aroma was sufficient, the taste was pure and comfortable, the strength was moderate, the mixed gas and thrill were smaller, the taste was sweet and fresh, the aftertaste was clean and comfortable, the quality was more balanced and had no obvious defects, and the affinity of the formula was strong,Filling type tobacco module was composed of tobacco leaves of Shanxi, Heilongjiang and Jilin. Filling type tobacco raw materials were further divided into filling typeⅠmodule and filling typeⅡmodule because of higher variable coefficient of tobacco leaf chemical composition. In the filling typeⅠmodule, the content scopes of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium and chloride were 28.00%-32.00%, 22.00%-26.00%, 1.80%-2.20%, 1.60%-2.00%,1.40%-2.20% and 0.30%-0.60% respectively, and the ratio of sugar to alkali, the ratio of nitrogen to alkali, and the ratio of potassium to chloride were 12.00-16.00,0.80-1.10 and 4.00-6.00 respectively. In the filling typeⅡmodule, the content scopes of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium and chloride were 15.00%-17.00%,13.00%-16.00%, 3.00%-3.60%, 2.30%-2.90%, 1.40%-2.40% and 0.60%-1.10% respectively, and the ratio of sugar to alkali, the ratio of nitrogen to alkali, and the ratio of potassium to chloride were 4.00-7.00, 0.60-1.00 and 2.00-3.00 respectively. And the sensory quality performance of filling type tobacco module was that the quality and quantity of aroma were general, the strength was smaller, the thrill was bigger, and the taste was general.3 The construction of tobacco raw material index system of main raw material basesIn Henan, the content scopes of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium and chloride were 18.00%-22.00%,16.00%-19.00%,2.00%-2.90%, 2.00%-2.40%, 1.30%-1.60% and 0.80%-1.20% respectively, and the ratio of sugar to alkali, the ratio of nitrogen to alkali, and the ratio of potassium to chloride were 6.00-10.00, 0.80-1.10 and 1.50-2.00 respectively, and the sensory quality performance of tobacco leaves was that the flue gas was heavy, mellow, sweet, comfortable and fragrant.In Fujian, the content scopes of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium and chloride were 23.00%-27.00%, 20.00%-24.00%, 2.00%-3.00%, 1.70%-2.10%, 2.50%-3.00% and 0.15%-0.25% respectively, and the ratio of sugar to alkali, the ratio of nitrogen to alkali, and the ratio of potassium to chloride were 8.00-12.00, 0.65-0.95 and 10.00-14.00 respectively, and the sensory quality performance of tobacco leaves was that the adsorption was clean and slightly sweet, the smoke was bland and had local mixed gas slightly, the thrill was lighter, and the combustibility was strong.In Guizhou, the content scopes of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium and chloride were 27.00%-33.00%, 22.00%-26.00%, 1.60%-2.40%, 1.40%-1.80%, 2.00%-2.50% and 0.20%-0.40% respectively, and the ratio of sugar to alkali, the ratio of nitrogen to alkali, and the ratio of potassium to chloride were 14.00-16.00, 0.70-1.00 and 8.00-12.00 respectively, and the sensory quality performance of tobacco leaves was that the aroma quality was good, the aroma quantity was sufficient, the strength was moderate, the thrill was smaller, and the aftertaste was more cleaner.In Hunan, the content scopes of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium and chloride were 19.00%-23.00%, 16.00%-20.00%, 2.20%-2.80%, 1.90%-2.20%, 2.40%-2.80% and 0.40%-0.80% respectively, and the ratio of sugar to alkali, the ratio of nitrogen to alkali, and the ratio of potassium to chloride were 8.00-10.00, 0.80-1.00 and 3.00-5.00 respectively, and the sensory quality performance of tobacco leaves was that the aroma quality was good, the aroma quantity was sufficient, the sending force was powerful, the taste was plump, the aftertaste was clean and comfortable, the mixed gas was not obvious, and the thrill was small.In Yunnan, the content scopes of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium and chloride were 27.00%-33.00%, 22.00%-26.00%, 2.00%-3.00%, 1.60%-2.00%, 1.40%-1.80% and 0.30%-0.60% respectively, and the ratio of sugar to alkali, the ratio of nitrogen to alkali, and the ratio of potassium to chloride were 10.00-13.00, 0.60-0.90 and 3.00-5.00 respectively, and the sensory quality performance of tobacco leaves was that the strength of flue smoke was moderate, the concentration was medium, the smoke was wetter, the sweetness was more obvious, the aroma quality was better, the aroma quantity was less sufficient, the aftertaste was less comfortable, the mixed gas was less, the thrill was slightly small, and the combustibility was lower.4 The forecast research of the sensory quality with chemical compositionsThe construction of the forecast model of the sensory quality was feasible making the use of extremely strong nonlinear mapping ability of the BP neural network, the forecast conclusion of the model established which evaluate the sensory quality according to the routine chemical component, aroma quality, aroma quantity, concentration, strength, mixed gas, thrill, aftertaste and combustibility was more realistic and had the certain practical value.
