Then through countermeasure table, to analyze the approaches to treat the problems, investigate the feasibility, and brought up the demands from the industry management.Next, it designs the work data flow, estimates the information capability and recommends the level of the system deploy after analyzes the organization structure, and then provides the details of the 4 types of business management modules.Eventually, details analytics on the economic benefit of the system construction, according to the system scale and content, compared with the cost of the system. Also, it indicates the significant benefit for the society.
