Research On Blade Processing Based On Five - Linkage Numerical Control Technology

Five-axis NC machine tools belong to advanced manufacturing technology and it’s one of the most important development direction of Chinese manufacture in future, which has a broad market prospect and demand. With the application of rotatory axis, five-axis CNC machine can not only process parts in many aspects, avoiding the machining errors caused by repeated clamps, which improves the process precision of parts, but also work complex curved surface.DYNA FM125 TR machine is produced by Hongqing precision machine Co.Ltd in Anhui province belonging to DYNA Group. Our school uses this machine as a teaching equipment to simply operate it for students since 2008. However, we don’t make further research on this machine’s post-processing and structure characteristics, which restricts five-axis NC machine’s advantage and function. After fully acquiring five-axis NC machine tools, this paper bases on FM125 TR machine to study following content:According to the different type of five-axis CNC machines, we emphasize on the kinematic equations and coordinate transformation of three basic five-axis machines with dual rotary heads, dual rotary tables, rotary head and table.Analysize the reason of non-linear errors and solve the corresponding problems. Meanwhile, we use measuring tools like dial indicator to adjust the fourth, fifth axis for reducing machine errors.Researching the post-processing algorithm of FM125 TR machine, we set up machine’s parameters, modify its G and M codes and so on by UG/Post Builder to construct the post process of FM125 TR machine.Analysize the characteristics of vane and its process difficulties. Then, we layout vane’s process and simulate it in UG. We choose the right tools, clamps and reasonably arrange the cutting speed for laying out suitable manufacture process of FM125 TR machine.
