In recent years,science and technology are developing rapidly,the explosive is not only the Internet industry,manufacturing industry has also developed rapidly,NC machining,five axis NC machine tools are widely used,they can be processed and the precision of parts and complicated curved surface,the world began to scramble to development of five-axis machining this kind of advanced manufacturing technology.The superiority of five-axis machining technology with its high quality of five-axis machining programming and rear targeted is closely related to the handler.As we all know,relative motion between cutter and workpiece relative is very complex,so the five axis NC machining programming are much more than three axis machining is difficult,and,because of independent development difficulty and foreign technology blockade,the rear of five-axis machining processing program is also difficult to complete,these are limiting five-axis machine tools play its use efficiency.This makes we have to face the reality that many of the five axis NC machine tool is introduced into China are regarded as three axis machine tools in use.So for these reasons,this paper studies five axis NC machine tool post processing.In this paper,Firstly,the post-processing algorithm of double turntable five-axis NC machine tool is described.On the basis of the UG/Post Builder universal post-processor,a specific numerical control system is selected for double turntable five-axis linkage numerical control machine tools,output tool path name and tool name and other subroutine.Finally the DMU50post-processing module based on UG/Post Builder development five axis NC machine tool applied to DMU50 double turntable post-treatment process of generating NC code is verified.The NC code can be used in actual processing without secondary processing,and the efficiency of NC machining is improved,This is valuable for engineers who use UG for numerical control programming.The application of simulation software VERICUT confirm the post-processing program to generate NC code,can be directly used in the actual processing,don't need to for secondary processing,such not only improves the efficiency of NC machining,also greatly improve the efficiency of the machine tool,and for the use of UG CNC programming engineers has great popularization value.
