Study On The Standardization Of Project Supervision And Management Of Oil And Gas Pipeline Project

In this paper,that the project management and standardization management of the pipeline project is an example,the author put forward the researc methods of the project supervision work of the oil and gas pipeline project.The main contents as follows:Fisrt of all,the paper expounds the background and significance of the project,and points out the problems existing in the work of the project management of the pipeline project in the west to east gas pipeline project.Secondly,it studies the knowledge system and content framework of the construction project management standardization for the construction of oil and gas pipeline project.This paper introduces the main contents of the standard management system,which is based on the standard of management system,standardization of management,standardization of resources,standardization of field management,and the core content of standardization management system.This paper introduces the general situation of the west to east gas pipeline project,analyzes the difficulties in the project management,the difficulties in engineering construction,and points out the important significance of the implementation of the standardization of the supervision work,and discusses the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of the project.Finally,the author introduced the implementation of the standardization of the supervision work in the construction of the west second line pipeline.This paper discusses the ideas,methods and means of standardized management in the project construction,and puts forward and detailed to the management system,resource allocation,identity management,and management standardization as the main content and specific measures.
