Based on the analysis of the structure design and application of packaging machine at home and abroad,in order to realize the goal of automatic winding and wrapping of glass fiber,this paper designs a packaging technology and whole machine scheme of glass fiber packing machine which is suitable for the packaging market,and focuses on the working principle and technical points of the winding device and conveying device of glass fiber packing machine.The details are as follows:Based on the characteristics of glass fiber material and the present situation of packaging machine at home and abroad,this paper put forward the design requirements and technical parameters of glass fiber felt wrapping machine,and analyzes the packaging technology of glass fiber felt wrapping machine,and determining the structure and working principle of glass fiber felt wrapping machine,and design the mechanical structure of winding device and conveying device.According to the production status of fiberglass felt manufacturers in China,this paper put forward the design requirements and technical parameters of fiberglass felt packing machine,and analyzed the packing process.And the structure characteristics and working principle of fiberglass belt packing machine were determined.The mechanical structure of the winding device and conveying device was designed.Using the mechanical structure of the cross conveyor belt with acute angle,a winding device with compact structure,high modularity and strong adjustability of winding position is designed.With the help of ANSYS finite element simulation,the deformation process and mechanism of the coiling roll are analyzed,the size structure of the coiling roll is optimized,and the design of the coiling roll is improved to be hollow and thin-walled.Six-order modal analysis of the coiling roll is carried out to avoid the influence of natural frequency on the normal operation state,and the optimized coiling roll meets the requirements.Mathematical model is established for the operation process of the winding device.The parametric model of the winding device is established by ADAMS,and the motion simulation test is carried out.Finally,the influence of the main structural parameters on the motion law of the winding roll is obtained.A set of optimum parameters is selected,under which the swing angle difference of the swing rod of the winding roll is 22.2°,the maximum angular velocity is 3.4°/s and the maximum angular acceleration is 3.7°/s2.The winding rate of three kinds of glass fiber is over 97% in the test prototype,and the winding device meets the operation requirements of glass fiber packaging machine.A negative pressure conveying device was designed.The device was mainly composed of an adsorption device,transfusion belt and suction opening.The film was absorbed on the surface of the transfusion belt by absorption device.The mechanical properties of packaging film in the process of suction were analyzed,and the flow field of three installation positions of the suction opening of the adsorption device was analyzed by FLUENT.Through orthogonal test,the best combination of parameters was determined.Meanwhile,a good transport synchronization was occurred between conveying device and film...
