With the advancement of energy development in West China, demand for spiral submerged welded pipe will increase, but also higher demands on the quality of the pipe. For production efficiency more high, quality better, and material consumption more low, so pre fine welding production process is popular in recent years in domestic and international, its most main features are production speed fast, pre welding speed is traditional speed of 5-6 times, this subject is the research object to pre fine welding rear axle automatically cutting tube systems, it is designed out to meet welding production speed requirements and achieve pipe automation cutting of a system.First according to precision welding line of features and layout, it is determined automatically cut tube system of performance index and main function, it is designed automatically cut tube system of overall layout and mechanical structure, and then automatically cut tube system for overall design, cut tube car is used as mobile of carrier, it complete to fix pipe and cutting work through clip holding ring and cutting ring, it is fixed in machine frame to form a overall.Identify ways of cutting, plasma cutting techniques used, and plasma cutting machines with water jet. It has a good cutting result, less distortion, less pollution and so on. Plasma cutting fixes on the cutting ring, and through the electric drum it can supply plasma work required by the media, it meets the needs of equipment work, and it is reliable and easy to maintain, the results are good.In terms of electrical control, the system uses the PLC control system through Ethernet and PROFIBUS Network equipment to be connected together, and less wiring, but also it improves the response speed of the device. For power system using combination of servo drives and servo motors, servo system further improves the stability an advancement of equipment through the use of the site, and there are both fast response and accurate features, telecommunications normal, stable running of the system.Designing human-machine interface system for more convenient operation to users, it can display device status information and error messages in the interface in real time, it also can help the operator to use and handle failures. There are characteristics of clear picture and easy operation. Program uses a modular design that is intuitive, easy to read and so on, there are both manual and automatic modes of operation, normally only using in automatic mode, the system can complete all operations and reduce labor intensity. Eventually this system was successfully used on the production line in Precision Welding Plant of Shan Dong Sheng Li CO.LTD, and the system is stability, the effect is good.
