Impact is engineering widespread problem, arc spray marking machine is in working process, the impact force can not be ignored, extremely easy to cause the occurrence of important parts of equipment damage, not only the replacement parts will cause the cost increase, and will affect the normal operation of equipment. In order to improve the stability of arc spraying machine, carrying on the structure analysis is very necessary. In this paper, numerical analysis using the finite element method to the problem of Arc Spray standard equipment will collide with the billet occurred in the process of identification characters was studied. The main research contents are as follows:1 According to the literature, the marking machine and billet collision problem, determine the finite element method and its numerical solution of contact collision calculation method, contact collision equation, equation for the realization and solution implementation. Using ANSYS/LS-DYNA as the supporting software is analyzed, obtaining the change law of arc spraying, the collision machine system response characteristic and the collision force.2 Mark spraying machine for finite element modeling. Using the maximum impact force is analyzed in the static analysis; calculated the first six natural frequencies and vibration mode in modal analysis. Determine the position number spraying machine structure of the weakest in the above results, and carries on the optimization.3 Use T-CPU, IM174, Panasonic A5 servo motor and servo drives erected experimental platform, hardware configuration, network configuration and the axis configuration in the STEP7 software, the realization of the real-time monitoring of the process of writing. It can monitor the actual position and the commanded position variation at different speeds when writing, and the relative error between the actual position and the commanded position, and ultimately determine the number of machines suitable spray write speed.
