In recent years,the problems about energy shortage have become increasingly prominent,as a new type of energy,solar energy has gradually attracted the attention of people,a single welder mentioned here is located in the preceding paragraph of solar module production process,so the solar module has a critical mass impact for the single welder when it's working process,the actuator part of the single welder completed welding cells in collaboration with several other components,and it's the core component for the single welder because of that,it's directly related to the welding quality of solar modules.Therefore,the analysis of its dynamic performance is essential.In this paper,take a single welder actuator agency as the study,when the single welder is working,mainly take welding forces that the welding head actuator mounting plate suffered into account,because the welding forces with periodic changes,which will affect the work reliability of agencies,and thus affect the weld quality of battery slice.Thus Based on the analysis of the basic welding actuator movement,simplify the welder head mounting plate of the welder actuator to cantilever model with an end totally fixed,and use weighted residual method to do a static analysis of it,so that can get their scrambling curves,deformation diagrams and based on this modal analysis method to solve its first three dynamic response expressions in modal coordinates,and draw the corresponding dynamic response curves by means of MATLAB Software.In summary we can find the characteristic which the actuator of the welder have is that the oscillation period is much larger than the cells welding period,so that the vibration caused by welding cycle after cycle will be in the superposition,therefore,according to the results,take the structural improvement of welding actuator and adjustment of the production cycle to account,and check the results after change the actuator of the welder actuator or adjust its production cycle.through the appropriate analysis,get the conclusion that the structural changes have little effect on the dynamic performance of the welder actuator.while,adjust the production cycle from 6s to 5s,the vibration amplitude of the welding head mounting plate is significantly reduced.
