The Research On Chinese Kitchen Furniture Design Of Nuclear Family Based On User Experience

Chinese cooking habits are more complex, currently the design of Chinese kitchen has not yet become a system furniture which can not adapt to Chinese cooking habits.In order to solve the problems of Chinese kitchen furniture design, it was launched a theoretical study of Chinese eating habits, Chinese cooking behavior etc., and a survey was conducted about the use of kitchen in seven cities in China.Nuclear family is the main family structure in Chinese urban residents, so nuclear family kitchen users were taken as the research object. Introducing the user experience research into the kitchen furniture design, this paper studied of different types of nuclear family on the kitchen requirements and provided kitchen scheme to satisfy the needs of the user.The purpose of this paper is to build a kitchen design process and method based on user experience. In this paper, the typical family structure is classified and analyzed. And the user role is constructed to solve the design problems of three kinds Chinese nuclear family.The research method includes literature research method, questionnaire, single interview investigation, observation, recording for preliminary design research; the semantic differential, comparative method, inductive method for statistical analysis of the data; the persona creation method for the design scheme.Through the research, this paper verified the applicability of user experience research methods in the research of kitchen furniture design, and summarized the method and the process of the nuclear family of Chinese kitchen design based on the user experience. Several main conclusions of this research are as follows:It is the guarantee of high quality design to use appropriate methods to carry out the design research and data processing; In order to solve the problem, it is necessary to sum up the common problems and adopt the reasonable method to develop the design plan;The premise of the orderly development of the design is to make the appropriate design process.This thesis firstly takes nuclear family kitchen users as the object of kitchen furniture design, and introducts user experience research method into the kitchen funiture design progress which is widely used in industrial design. The paper expands the Chinese typical nuclear family kitchen design and research from the difference user experience, providing design reference to other similar systems (such as sanitary system).
