PTFE membrane laminated composite fabrics was originated in the Gore company in1969, which is widely used in the outdoor sports clothing nowadays. The development of PTFE membrane was relatively late in our country, domestic scholars have made outstanding contribution to the making method, processing technology, and also got many achievements in PTFE membrane pore shape, Heat-wet transfer mechanism and performance testing, etc, but there are still many problems in the thermal and moisture comfortibility of PTFE film and clothing.In this paper, we test and analysis physical Heat-wet performance of 8 PTFE film composite fabrics, draw the conclusion that PTFE film composite fabric has good performance in thermal and moisture comfortibility; 8 pieces of outdoor sports clothing were made for the dressing test, temperature and humidity measurement system ware used to measure temperature and humidity changing under clothes during the experiment, and the 8 testers was required to give a mark of clothing wearing feelings different stages during the experiment, including stuffiness, hottness, dampness, nonabsorbtent, sticky and comprehensive evalution. We establish a comprehensive comfort regression equation based on the score results, analysised the temperature and humidity change regularity of clothing in different experimental stages of the human body, combined with the objective physical performance, the subjective thermal and moisture comfortibility weighted score were calculated, then 8 coats were ordered by the the quality.According to thermal and moisture comfortibility weighted score of subjective experimental, combined fabric physical properties experimental indexes,We used grey correlation analysis theory to calculate the degree and correlation coefficient between15 kinds of physics experiment indexes and thermal and moisture comfortibility, Based on the sorting of correlation coefficient, three thermal comfort indexes and five wet comfort indicators were extracted, this process was aim to simplify the experiment process, savetime and improve efficiency.In this paper, thermal and moisture comfortibility prediction model are established based on the theory of grey relation. According to streamline physical indexes and comfort subjective ratings of dressing experiment, combined with the analysis of grey theory, we established thermal and moisture comfortibility GM(1, N) prediction model, then the two models were optimized reference to the theory of residual error GM(1, 1). Take a Comparison of the model forecasting results before and after the correction we can see that,prediction accuracy based on the residual error GM(1, 1) revised model is higher.Using this model, we can realized the thermal and moisture comfortibility prediction of PTFE membrane clothing when only five specified performances of PTFE membrane fabric are tested.
