In recent years,the weaving technology of high-density polyester base fabrics has made a rapid breakthrough,and soft polyester fabrics have become the market's favor,such as down jacket fabrics,sportswear,outdoor tent base mats etc,but their poor water and moisture permeability are widely used in soft polyester fabric which need to focus on the difficult public relations.This project prepared the waterproof and moisture permeable polyester-based composite fabrics via lamination and electrospinning,Three different types of waterproof and moisture permeable composite fabrics are analyzed to provide design and experimental ideas for composite fabrics.This paper focuses on polyester fabric with high strength and universality,mainly including the structure preparation and characterization of polyester/PTFE/spacer fabric,PAN film/polyester fabrics,and PTFE/PU/polyester fabric composites,furthermore,the modeling of the moisture permeability of polyester/PTFE composite fabrics has also been discussed,the specific research contents are described as follows:?1?The polyester fabric was used as the reinforcing substrate,and the PTFE film acts as the functional layer,and the co-polyamide film play the role of binder between PTFE film and polyester fabric as well as polyester fabric and spacer fabric with the help of the flat vulcanizing machine,in this way,the multifunctional composite fabric that integrates waterproof,windproof and warm was obtained.Through the orthogonal tests under three levels and three factors,nine experiments have completed by discussing the effects of the factors?temperature,time,pressure?in the process on the performance indicators of the composite fabrics,the conclusion shows that the optimized preparation parameters are:T=135°C,the lamination time and pressure were 15s and 40Pa,respectively.?2?The polyester fabric plays the part of reinforcing substrate,and the PAN nanofibers were laminated on the polyester substrate by electrostatic spinning technology,after that the composite fabric was hydrophobic treated with fluorosilane.By observing morphology and analyzing the performance?air permeability,moisture permeability,waterproof and mechanical properties?of composite fabrics prepared under different spinning conditions,better spinning parameters were concluded.And the PAN film/polyester composite fabric has a moisture permeability of 5000 g m-2 24h-1 and contact angle about135°under the optimized spinning parameters.?3?A waterproof and moisture-permeable composite functional fabric with PTFE/PU/polyester as the waterproof and breathable/moisture-permeable layer/large-pore moisture-permeable layer structure was designed from the inside to the outside.PU macromolecules were designed and prepared for further electrospinning.After adding the PU interlayer,the moisture permeability of the composite fabric is significantly improved with that value increased from?3536.39-4308.12?g·m-2·24h-1 to?6122.96-7615.54?g·m-2·24h-1,which can fully meet the daily needs of people.The air permeability of composite fabric is less than 30mm·s-1 under the test condition of 450Pa,which can resist 10 level winds.The composite fabric can meet the hydrostatic pressure requirements of functional clothing??60 kPa?with that value between?89.12-132.7?kPa,also,it can reach the A/B standards?enterprise standards?for waterproof and breathable fabric.The fluorosilane was further used to modify the polyester surface.After the modification,the water-resistance rating of the polyester surface was increased from level 2 to level 5,and the contact angle was ranged from 95.97°to 135.96°.After Martindale wear-resistant and water-washing treatment of the finishing layer,the contact angles can still be as high as 129.94°and 121.73°,which proved that the composite fabric is superior and stability in wetting resistance.?4?The moisture permeability of the PTFE/polyester composite fabric was measured by the moisture permeability cup method.The conversion of moisture resistance was used to characterize the moisture permeability of the multilayer fabrics.The moisture transfer principle of the single layer/multi-layer fabric was carried out based on the moisture resistance,and the serial calculation method was adopted to establish moisture transfer relationship of the single layer/multi-layer fabric,all of those had a reference meaning in studying moisture permeability.Waterproof and moisture-permeable composite functional fabrics were prepared through a variety of methods.The addition of a self-made electrospun membrane interlayer greatly improved the moisture permeability and waterproof performance of the composite fabrics,which has practical value for the preparation of waterproof and moisture permeable composite fabrics.The conversion relationship between moisture permeability and moisture resistance as well as the moisture transfer principle between the single-layer and multi-layer fabric have scientific meaning in the moisture transmission performance of the fabric.
