Since 2013, the continuously intensive fog and haze happened in many regions in China.The outbreak regions include north China, northeast of China, east China, and northwest of China and so on. Society causing serious harm, seriously affecting people’s normal travel and even endanger health. So, whether government or academic circles are very concerned about the haze. Especially scholars have done a lot of haze of research, including research on the mechanism of haze, haze research on ways to resolve. In this study, from the perspective of science and technology philosophy, based on technical philosophy system theory and process theory, literature, qualitative analysis, interdisciplinary research methods such as energy technology and haze of the relationship, the status of energy technology and the existing problems, energy technology the mechanism of haze effects and other issues have been studied in order to achieve the desired energy technologies to reduce the impact on the haze effect, and strengthen energy technologies, alleviating the effects of haze, haze can contribute to the solution of technical solutions.Energy analysis of the relationship between technology and the haze that coal-fired energy technology development as the main energy of the period, to the environment caused unprecedented destruction, causing pollutants in the atmosphere gradually increased, this time energy technology to become a major issue haze Cause; haze weather is not a natural phenomenon, but a bad product of social development, so in the haze problem is so severe circumstances, changes in energy technology is an urgent need of our times. Energy technologies causing haze in two ways, one is energy technology itself, which includes:energy technology updates slow speed, lack of energy technology frontier level, over-reliance on coal-based fossil energy. Another technique is the application processes in which people will improper use, such as: lack of initiative and energy technology research and development,energy technology users has cognitive limitations, energy technologies to benefit-oriented concept of development. Users of various incorrect attitudes and behavior accelerated the formation of haze.The study found the impact of energy technology on the haze is not only have a negative impact, on the other hand energy technologies haze mitigation can have a positive impact, such as solar technology, wind energy technology, tidal energy and otherrenewable and clean technologies; although these new energy technology can ease the haze,but the haze is still a serious problem, which is due to the application of new energy technologies is not wide enough to promote the cause of the poor. According to the analysis system theory that the concept of development of energy technologies subject to energy technology development has played a decisive role and regional high-intensity energy technology is the use of a haze in the region caused by the main reason. According to the analysis on the process, that the purpose of the use of energy technologies in different periods of changes in energy technology on society and unreasonable speed the pace of development and promotion are causing haze causes. So through the study of energy technology and haze,haze mitigation put forward three ideas: first, to reduce the existing traditional energy technologies to use in the process of polluting emissions, coal desulphurization process must go through in order to use; the second to intensify efforts to develop new energy technologies,and make promotion of new energy technologies in the most important position; third is the development of relevant government policies and regulations, introduction of relevant educational documents, cultivate ecological awareness of citizens, only from the concept the importance haze problem in order to environment-oriented governance haze to return to the blue sky.
