Research On Risk Of Waste-heat Recovery For Flue Gas In The Coke Oven Under EPC Model

Waste-Heat recovery for flue gas in the coke oven with energy performance contract(EPC) model, is one of the main current coking enterprises energy saving. Energy service companies, this model can not only generate huge energy saving benefits, but also bear the corresponding risks.Therefore, this article from the perspective of energy service companies, under EPC mode of risk coke oven flue gas waste heat recovery projects were studied. Firstly EPC model EPC project risk and research trends at home and abroad, from the EPC mode and coke oven flue gas heat recovery characteristics of the project starting coke oven flue gas heat recovery projects using EPC mode of knowledge elaborated; secondly basis under the EPC mode smoke oven established under the EPC mode coke oven flue gas heat recovery projects recognize the results of risk assessment system and risk evaluation system to determine the principles of gas waste heat recovery project risk factors; again under the EPC mode according to the characteristics of coke oven flue gas heat recovery project risk factors, Construction AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, using the model of coke oven flue gas heat recovery projects under EPC mode make the evaluation of risk, project risk evaluation value obtained is proposed risk responses; Finally, the new crystal coking coke oven flue gas heat recovery reliability project in empirical analysis, verification methods, to provide a theoretical basis for energy service companies in the coke oven flue gas heat recovery project risk management, and promoting the development of EPC model in the field of coke oven flue gas heat recovery.
