With the "Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025" and suggested the importance of manufacturing to China’s economic development, the manufacturing industry is the main body of China’s economy, China is rich and powerful protection. Combined manufacturing and information technology, which makes the manufacturing of a new life. The mold production level has become an important indicator of the level of manufacturing. Intelligent die shop plays a very important role in manufacturing production. Intelligent use of intelligent mold shop equipment and AGV thereby reducing the participation of people. This requires intelligent die shop in various aspects of scheduling more accurate and reasonable. Each session scheduling and AGV scheduling a job is the key to intelligent die shop. So scheduling (part to be machined in the machining sequence) of the part and the AGV scheduling (car scheduling policy) reasonable and effective cooperation, in order to play the advantages of intelligent mold shop. How reasonable arrangements to be machined part transport sequence and car, in order to ensure high-speed mold shop smart and effective operation. This article is based on this purpose to study the problem of intelligent die shop scheduling, mainly to complete the work in the following areas:(1) Intelligent die shop scheduling problem modeling and analysis of a single AGV. This paper describes research status and shop scheduling problem, leads to problems in intelligent die shop, shop smart mold problem to be solved, a detailed analysis from three aspects, and describes several commonly used dispatching rules and AGV scheduling policy. Compliance with this article and choose the actual situation AGV dispatching rules and scheduling policy research.(2) Intelligent die shop simulation modeling. Construction of the actual situation intelligent die shop model, extracted intelligent die shop model and operation mode, and according to the actual mold Smart Shop problems come solving methods, such as method of order arrives models, intelligent die shop processing center number is calculated and transportation system plays a central role in the AGV rate calculation method. Then Plant Simulation modeling. Due to the uncertainty and complexity of the actual situation, we put forward the corresponding constraint control calls through different strategies and Method control method. Finally come to realize simulation platform.(3) Intelligent die shop car rate case study, draw a variety of parameters to determine the parameters of the simulation platform, various combinations policy rate range car simulation experiments, the influence of intelligent car workshop production rate range, and the average minimum rate of tardiness, finding the most good car rate.(4) Intelligent Simulation Strategy mold workshop Comparative Analysis. In the Plant Simulation simulation platform, using various combinations of policy simulation, based on optimum cache size and speed of AGV levels, run the simulation. Statistical analysis of performance metrics for each combination of strategies, the pros and cons of each composition obtained by comparative analysis of policy performance indicators.Different combinations of multi-objective optimization problem under the policy, the establishment of intelligent mold workshop simulation model to obtain a set of different combinations of strategies under the program in the simulation under. Through performance comparison analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of each combination of strategies.
